01What is a biogas plant and how does it work?add

02Which waste materials can be used for biogas and CBG production?add

04How long does it take to install a biogas plant?add
A typical project takes 6 to 9 months from site assessment through commissioning. The final schedule depends on plant capacity, site readiness, statutory approvals, civil work, and equipment delivery.
05What subsidies and financial incentives may be available?add

06What maintenance is required after installation?add
Routine work includes monitoring digester biology, checking pumps and valves, cleaning filters, calibrating gas-upgrading equipment, and completing preventive maintenance. Consistent O&M reduces downtime and protects gas output.
07How much organic fertilizer can the plant generate?add
Fertilizer output depends on feedstock volume, composition, and the selected digestate process. The recovered digestate can be refined for on-site use or sale, creating value alongside CBG production.
08Is a biogas plant suitable for my industry or farm?add
Suitability depends on the consistency of your waste supply, energy needs, available land, utilities, and project economics. Farms, food processors, distilleries, hotels, municipalities, and industrial sites with steady organic waste are common candidates.
